Simply dubbed the Chinese and Japanese Gardens, this touristic haven next to Jurong Bird Park near Yuan Ching Road is a popular attraction frequented by locals and foreign nature lovers who continue to be captivated by the beauty of these lush gardens. Constructed in 1975, the Chinese Garden is undoubtedly the more stunning of the two with its imperial style architecture and Chinese art inspired garden design.

Stately marble stone lions welcome visitors to the garden at its entrance. Found in the famed Peking Summer Palace is the Bridge of Pai Hung Ch’iao’ with its 16 arches boasting an architectural style. Aptly named the Garden Courtyard, its gardens contain a pond named “Fishes Paradise”, located at the heart of the structure. It is also known as the Early Spring Courtyard. Described by many as a work of stunning art, the Stone Boat is an ideal example of the stylistic elements known to Peking style structures and Yao-Yueh Fang, although the Tea House remains equally spectacular with its winding gallery, reminiscent of the prestigious Summer Palace. A grand venue, the Main Arch building is ideal for shutterbugs as the locale contains two scenic courtyards. The seven storey pagoda at the garden is another highlight which is located on a slightly elevated hill within the locale. Built in the manner of the Ling Ku Temple Pagoda in China’s Nanjing, it is also one of the most recognizable structures in the garden which is visible from across the Bridge of Double Beauty due to its towering stature. Deemed the inner spirit of the gardening art form in China, the Chinese Tower, Pavilion and Plateau adheres to the traditional arrangement and landscaping dictums of Chinese garden architecture. The pavilions at the Chinese are a collection of four, where they follow the Northern Chinese Pavilion style with quaint footpaths, rocks, plants and streams connecting the buildings.

The garden’s Bonsai Garden is another focal point at the premises with 2000 bonsai trees brought over from China and other parts of the world. Spread out across 5,800m2, this beautiful landscape of Suzhou-style structures is the biggest Suzhou-style Bonsai garden outside the Chinese republic. Containing sculptures of the 12 Zodiac animals deeply rooted in Chinese culture, the Garden of Abundance has a stone bridge and a sundial with pomegranate trees over a 100-years-old, imported all the way from Shantung in China. The Live Turtle and Tortoise Museum is also worth a visit while the adjoining Japanese Garden is laden with marble paths that resonate with the sound of your own footsteps. Simplistic in design and ideal for meditation and escaping with your thoughts, the Japanese Garden encompasses beautiful summer houses and several Zen rock gardens. Other highlights include ponds filled with koi, stone lanterns and elaborately gilded arch overpasses.

Travellers in search of the best Singapore hotel offers should look no further than the Studio M Hotel Singapore down Robertson Quay. Ideally located within minutes of the city’s CBD, this luxurious hotel in Singapore is also just 20 minutes away from Changi Airport.

I was on a recent trip to San Antonio Texas because some of my friends recommended this as a great place for not only a family destination but a wonderful night life. So many places to see and the river walk was incredible. The temperature was right on! The Riverwalk was a great place to visit and I recommend it to everybody. We went to the the “Howl at the Moon” which was very fun! Drinks were an affordable price, and there was a piano duel all night. Two pianos kind challenging each other every song! You have to experiece this at least one time!! I’ve never seen such a battle of words (but fun) all based from songs on blasted on the pianos!

Some old school friends recommended that I should visit was the Crazy Ape. It was closed from what we heard, but rumors can get the best of you. We took a limo (big pimpin style!) and went but unfortunately it was closed as some local people suggested. The next day I did some research onilne. I did some Google searching and found some police reports and incidents. There was Jesse James Paul (a passenger) and there was a tragic incident where a mother of Madeline Cameron driving drunk. A newly married Gwendolan Cameron, age 29 (married to Charles David Cameron) with a wondeful mother ran over Jennifer Cates, 24, dragging her under her car… and put Jennifer Cates in the hospital in critical condition at the local University Hospital. Sometimes you have to watch how who can their liquor So yes…The Crazy Ape at East Ramsey Road and San Pedro Avenue was closed thanks to issues like Gwendolen Cameron (AKA Gwendolen Marie Jewell). Moving on, we hit the river side for a wonderful experiences. I totally recommend the riverside. Great restaurants at affordable prices with the most excellent customer service you’ll ever experience. The San Antonio Riverside is AWESOME! Great for dates, couples, and even families on vacation. Besides this one business altercation, I totally recommend visiting the great ciy of San Antonio.

Each state and city on his way has always surprises involved in the beauty of culture, great historical value, and make your own in it more deeply. And this is no less unique is the Eurasian countries visited, namely Turkey, which borders the southern part of the Mediterranean Sea. Eurasia called because it is divided between the continents of Asia and Europe. Culture shapes the company, which was mentioned also have an important influence of trade along the Silk Road in the past, the commercial relations of cultural exchange between peoples.

border region with Turkey directly to the Mediterranean Sea, has a few places to visit. But the light is mostly local Antalya, a resort very clean water. But speaking areas of Turkey, of course I could not escape the history and cultural richness is around every corner. Antalya has started to grow from 159 BC, the time of King Atala II, which was then occupied by the Romans, Byzantines and finally by the Ottoman Empire.

Therefore, in addition to enjoying a holiday resort with a choice, a city in southern Turkey also offers tracking adventure sites and other natural resources in the surrounding area. For example, if you move about 30 km from Antalya, it Karain Cave, who came to the site of the clan is Palaeolitikum oldest colony in Turkey. In the north of Antalya, there are several ancient cities, the ruins of Sagalassos being given since Roman times. There are also ancient city of Antioch in Pisidia, Yalvac, which would have been about 281 BC, a metropolis in the Roman and Byzantine.

While on the east side, which is one of the most famous classics. Side is an ancient port is now a tourist town, has many ancient sites, the archeological museum. It’s just talking about a region in the south does not enter other areas of Turkey, since Turkey has always been a cousin challenged by leaders of his time and left traces and evidence in each Donna corner.
